Hykeham |
Description:
North Hykeham, Lincs A large, 200-acre gravel pit known locally as the Apex pit. This vast expanse of water really is a dip into the unknown for CEMEX members as for many years it has been run by another angling concern. The pike are known to run to at least 30lbs and the bream are now well into double figures. The carp have thrived in the large lake as a result of neglect and no one is quite sure how large the carp have grown since their stocking many years ago. CEMEX Angling has stocked the lake this year with 300 carp 3-4 lb each, and 200 6-8 lb carp. This lake really could throw up some surprises by an angler ready to pioneer. |

Littleton North & South Tickets |
Description:
Littleton North This lake is different as chalk and cheese although the two lakes are joined. This lake is slowly being backfilled therefore the colour of the water is very sandy. It again holds some very big specimen fish of all species. Many Carp to mid 30’s I am told but location is harder. We share this lake with the water ski club and Mid Kent Fisheries, their bailiffs have full jurisdiction on this water.DO NOT FISH IN SKI LANES CLEARLY MARKED WHEN SKIING IS TAKING PLACE. YOU WILL BE POLITE AT ALL TIMES TO SKIERS, ANY ABUSE AND YOU WILL BE EXPELLED.You may drive your car along river bank to boundary clearly defined. Be thoughtful to other anglers who may be fishing that bank. Parking in the quarry is restricted to the car park just past the office, this is the only place which you may park, and you may need a barrow. Abuse this parking or leave any gates that were locked unlocked and you will lose your membership |

Papercourt |
Description:
Ripley, Surrey A 32 acre lake renowned for its tench fishing more than its carp stock, although this trend is now reversing, with the carp becoming more and more the number one species to visit its banks. A sailing club has access to the lake for sailing, but there are very little if any conflicts reported. Carp specimens are now over 40lb, bream well into double figures and the tench although fewer captures are being reported are still thriving. |
