Ryemeads

I will be getting a spring ticket for here in the next couple of days,and fancy having a bash for some Tench and Bream,just a couple of questions if any of you guys and gals who fish there don't mind?
1- for the Tench and Bream what lake, 1 or 2 ? or are both just as good as each other
2- I have been informed,a pretty reliable source,that there are a few good quality carp in here as well,It doesn't bother me either way but is this True,?
3-does it get busy during the week?

Tony, I've fished Ryemeads for the last few seasons, mainly for the tench, both pits hold good fish, around the car park end of pit 2 and both ends of pit 1, pit 2 tench seem to like small boilies, whereas pit 1 tench go on breadflake or maggott feeder.
I don't know what the overall numbers are for the carp but while I was pike fishing a couple of seasons back I noticed three carp in the margins and landed a 15lb 5oz beauty on breadcrust!
As far as getting busy... you might that find during the week you have the place to yourself. This is what I've found out myself, hope it helps.

Ian,anyone
went down there yesterday for a couple hrs,and couldn't get through the gate, XXXX was the combination I was given but it don't seem to work any ideas anyone.

cheers for the reply Ian,It is a bit boggy down there.appologies for sticking the number up ooops!
I fancy some of them special tench,had a load of pin sized tenchy bubbles going late on,but unfortunately to no avail,gonna give it a lot of time,really like the look of it.
