Kingsmead viewing?

I'm thinking about joining and would like to have a look round before buying the permit. Am I allowed, or is it trespassing?! Only I will be in the area next weekend. Thanx.

I have recieved my spring permit for kingsmead1.
And there was a leaflet for 2 free guest tickets.
Does this mean the guest can fish as well?
If so how long are there allowed to fish for?.
