I have just checked my profile and I am still listed as a 'New User' although I have posted 86 posts. I have looked at others Profiles and they are listed as Occasional Users as low as 28 posts.
Not that it really matters , but I would like to know if possible why this happens?

Hi Darren,
One or two of the user titles are not updating for some reason. We can set custom titles for individual users which the program will not touch, and I it is seeing you as having one !
I have to go into the database and update by hand, but hopefully, when you reach the next level (100 posts) your title will update itself.
If anyone else is having this problem, please put your name below and I'll try and fix the problem.
ATB,
Bill.

woohoo
just hit frequent user!!!!!!!
One thing I have noticed Billy is that when you send a PM it adds to the total. This could be the reason, and the Perl only advances once the actual forum posts reach the limit (not including PM's).
Make sense??

Hi Darren,
We looked at UBB, but the software we use here has much more features and runs from a SQL backend so is a lot faster and easier for *me* to manage /images/forum/icons/smile.gif
I updated you to frequent user by hand (went into the database to do it), so keep your eyes open for when you hit 100 posts ! Let me know if you don;t get upgraded to the next level...
I understand what you mean about total being increased by PM's, but this isn;t the case... only messages sent to the forums are logged here. I think it's down to when people registered... there was a slight bug which was later fixed, but some of those who registered before the upgrade didn't get fixed.

Bill.
