Just a quick one (foot and mouth), is it ok to fish boreham at the moment?

If Boreham is not listed in the foot & mouth section of the <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/news/pages.phtml?CAT=1&ID=141>news reports</A> it is open.

Permits expire on 31 March, but looking at the <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/news/pages.phtml?CAT=1&ID=141>F&M report</A> it isn't mentioned as being closed.
