Kingsmead 1 stocking

Hi I was just wondering how many carp are in kingsmead 1. I worked it out that there was about 280 carp in there but I have been told there is only 200, could anyone tell me how many carp there actully is.

John we have stocked 270 to 300 into the mead with about 9 to 12 orignals with two of these fish in the mid thiry range you can see these fish at the brigde in the summer there is three thirty's that have been on the bank
Thorpe Park Common 32lb
Snub Nose Common 32lb
Denge Mirror 32lb

Thanks for your help, are the carp easy to catch from the mead.

sometimes. we know most of them eat bait.
if you can find feeding fish and show them the bait with the hook, then you could well catch. some people have multiple catches, others sit it out for weeks.

its not easy, but you never know!
