Contact Us not working

when i went into the 'contact us' page, i found that whenever i wanted to submit a message or try to email you a page came up saying - page not found.
is this just my pc or is it to do with the site?

This was due to the follow-up page not being in place. Messages where being sent through though, so no need to panic.
