View Full Version : Yateley at night.......
If I own a daylight spring ticket for Yateley.....am I still able to buy night tickets from Yateley angling in the spring period?
..
Smarts
Ian can we get night permits (season) from Yateley angling centre because I can't remeber what John said to me about it.
Alex.
Yateley at night.....hhmmmmm...
It's a lovely place, bar the Pikeys. You can get a variety of food KFC, One Stop, Indian, Chinese, 'Esso', Yateley Kebab, Topco Pizza. It's comes alive - carnivals, festivals every night.....
Fishings not bad either!!!!
Ian
Just checked the web site for Yateley under the heading of SEASON:
It's stated there that Permits are valid from 16 June to 14 March, Spring Permits valid from 15 March to 15 June.
OK so far.
Night Syndicate permits are annual and run from 01 April to 31 March but NIGHT FISHING IS NOT PERMITTED between 01 April to 31 May inclusive.
Could you please clarify as this contradicts your statement.
In addition, is there a rod limit during the Spring ticked period. If a 3 rod ticket is purchased can 3 be fished.
Under heading of WATER CLOSURES:
The complex from 10am Friday 13 August until Sunday 15 August. The 13 August is a Monday but I thought the Macmillan fish-in was September again this year.
One last question, in the past there has been a cat fish-in closing the Split, is this taking place this year?
Tony
Hi Tony,
The venue pages on the website are from the 1999/2000 guide book and needs updating. Ian is in the process of getting the latest info to me and as soon as I receive it, will update the venue pages.

Bill is it still £100 for two rods on the night season ticket.

My point is, potential customers could be using the web to look for a new water, or join RMC for the first time. Any angler who was looking for some spring night fishing in the Yateley area may have looked else where as a result of incorrect information displayed.
I know it's a big task in maintaining a web site, but information should in my opinion be as up to date as possible.
Tony
Ian, you probably have accounted for this but are you keeping the lock combination numbers off the site?
Tony
Hi,
i don't total under yet but there are only a certian amount of people aloud to night fish yateley am i correct?
Ive this is the case how many place are left as i maybe getting a night ticket for the season?
James
Yes mate, combination numbers will not be on the website...
Bill.
