The stock in Burghfield is very low for a 100 acre lake location is the problem & they don't stay in the same place for very long. Only 2 fish are named the fully scaled that comes out at around 23 / 24lb been that weight for years The other is half tail at 38lb she has never been over 40, she is a very old fish. If you look back over the years (15) most carp anglers average 3 or 4 fish a year. If you ask the boss(Ian) he has photos of the 2 fish.
