I'm looking to try and get my first twenty next year, any suggestions on a water? I'll probably fish 2-3 day long sessions occasionally.

Not being a carp angler I'm not the best person to answer this, but from going by the venues pages and catch reports I'd say Kingsmead 1 has to be top venue.

What do all you carp boys think ?

Are there lots of twenties in the Relief then Neil ?

Also, as you've been doing a bit of time on Fishers, what are the majority of the fish you catch ? Mirrors or commons ?

Bill.

There are lots of carp that get in the channel with a good chance of a twenty or bigger. All I ever catch are commons from what ever river i fish.Apart from a Koi I had the other week from the Avon when I was with Ian.If time I will email you picture tonight.STUNNING

You definately want to get on Frimley, plenty of 20's in all of the pits with 1, 2 or 3 the best bet. Fairly easy fishing as well if you get the basics right you will catch on this water without much trouble.

The relief holds loads of twenties and i would also suggest St. johns lake on the linear complex
good luck wherever you choose
