View Full Version : annoyed with yateley
Hi,
I think it is unfare that all the big carp are being put in the lakes where you have to pay £400. I can't pay that amount of money.
From William
The carp are going into Sandhurst and Split lake for starters is I'm right in what I have been reading. If,like me,you own a cheapo Yateley day then you are welcome to fish them!
Cheers,
Smarts
You are totaly correct in what you are saying and if the match and copse do join I am going to make sure the ticket prices stay the same and there is nothing wrong with owning a daylight ticket I would buy one if I lived local to yateley daylight hours are the best in summer its perfect for stalking big carp.
Look at the posts under Syndicate waters.... my point exactly
Tony
Drop Scale holds the lake record at 36lb+ if I remember rightly. Yeh William, don't worry about getting on the Car Park for a few years, there's no point banging your head against a brick wall quite yet!! Go and have a laugh catching some twenties and thirties first! I didn't have that sort of money when I was 11 either(!), not that I have it now, but when you're over 18 you can get an overdraft!!

I understand that there are still 30lb carp but alots of the big ones are going to the car park and north lake
I think I am right in saying only two fish over 30 have been put into that side of the road. (at the time of going in). Crinkle and Jumbo (RIP). Scale on the Shoulder was nowhere near the size it is now.
All the others from the Copse went into the Match which you can fish on the cheap. I don't envy Ian's job, nothing is ever going to please everyone. Respect!
Get yourself on the Match/Split/South and work your way up. At least you are fishing for pukka fish.
Good luck!
Me? 11 years old Ian, 11 stone maybe, I can't even remember when I was 21...... /images/forum/icons/smile.gif I gathered you was relying to William mate, just it made me smile when I got my email notification of a reply to my post :)

I think you guys are taking this too far now I find the ticket prices okay I mean what do expect for £100 this gives all the lakes a part from car park and north you have every other lake and you can night fish them at the moment Ian will turn the copse into a plesure lake because your not backing my idea about joining the two but all you guys can worry about is prices well keep it up and you will loose another carp water.
