Now that i am 30 yrs old and officially past it !!!!!! i have now decided to stop my second passion in life DJ'ing and sell all my beloved vinyl....
i have got a fantastic collection of house classics from 1988-1990 (all the classics) any body interested ???? for sale or swap.

Sorry pal sold all my Old Skool Breakbeat/Hardcore a couple of years back .....had all the tunes mate from 92-94 and sold my last set of 1200's about a year ago.........what clubs/raves did you go to back in the day ????? are you a proper original Old Skool raver (who was there at the time) or one of those young pups who have jumped on the Old Skool band waggon??

Was a avid Vinyl collector from 91-98, all styles of house from Rave through to Deep House / US Garage, MAW, Deep Dish, Tenaglia etc.
Would be interested in any US style house from 92/93, Todd Terry, Morales, Knuckles etc.

Nah, alas wasnt quite of raving age back then, but have been into old skool jungle ever since I was 13, so havent really jumped on the bandwagon. wish I had been old enough, have to content myself with Brockie's and NickyBlackmarket's oldskool sets.
Ministry of sound oldskool compilation, now that is jumping on the band wagon!!
I was there matey.....used to spend most of my fri-saturday nights at Labyrinth 12 Dalston lane in hackney....what a club
also Lazerdrome,Sterns,Pirate club,Bagleys, Raindance etc,etc i used to play out a bit as well and on pirate stations.
Gave it all up in 95 because my brain caved in mate.
now i'm just an ageing Carp angler with anxiety and panic attacks ( thanks to those little white dove things)

now this has brought back some VERY FOND MEMORIES ! ! any body out there fron the newbury/oxford area that went to the illegals? ? d.i.y, spiral tribe, circus warp.... the list goes on..... hungerford common (89) through to castle morton (92).... the old bill HAD to win eventually, but by f**k were they a good few years ! lost all intrest once you were allowed to do it.... no more cat and mouse... the convoys several hundred strong.... the buzz from just getting there...we,re gonna fight, for our right, to paaaaaaaaartay..... little white doves ? more like red n blacks and little black micro dots! ! shame you sold all the breakbeat/hardcore... id have ripped your arm off....its the new style..... im the one and only dominator ! ! ! and for those that were there....yeah yeah niiiice one mate, sweet yeah, see ya next week yeah, more of the same..... sorted.....

didn't realise how addictive vinyl was, ive been buying vinyl for about 4 weeks and ive already managed to spend far too much and now have about 70 vinyl - including some lucky classics, where i just happened to be in the right place at the right time! - all garage, but ill listen to most stuff!
Just wait matey until you get the proper vinyl bug......i used to spend up to £200 a week on tunes.......Fishing seems a cheap hobby compared to what vinyl used to cost me !!!!!!

Does my nut all this "were into techno and appy ardcore...." bolloxs....half the [censored] on the shelves are remixes and out takes..sad stuff....back in the day kidda we was stompin the ground to bits wif the likes of amphetamine and other CLASSICS.....the Mokum label out of Rotterdam was probably the best of the new stuff 92-95 stuff..proper ardcore....

Scaley why is it that everyone I know who was dilating their eyes in the late 80Â’s & early 90Â’s all seem to be carp anglers now????
It is funny cos last week we were having a social at the lake when we discovered that we ALL went out getting on it at legal and non-legal dos???? We reckoned part of it is being out there in mother nature with a few pals chilling and nobody nagging - but then we forgot what we were discussing (short term memory loss) and moved on conversation about the ones that got away.
Anyway you just made me go into a trance thinking about Labryinth??? That was 3 Aces in Hackney yeah. Used to hand out flyers for Gwyn & Josh who ran Fridays & Saturdays 3 aces which was Labryinth and double dipped at bagleys once or so a month and they also published Ravescence, remember the little photocopied A5 leaflet, was a good laugh at the time no money buit loads and loads of perks if you know what I mean ;-)
Used to go to FantaziaÂ’s (had my Fantazia MA1 for years and loved it), Raindance (did you go to the one at Popham - Suppossed to be for 10,000 and 40,00 turned up and it was mental - best weekender ever), Universe and of course the Motorway meet ups for Spirals, Exodus ,Summer breeze and Nut nut plus the round up of club nights like Innersense @ the Lazerdrome, AWOL @ Paradise (Boy that was tops) then various weekends at SW1 - Now that was hard, must admit though I was in the minority - looked a proper middel class kid then, but managed to get on with everyone and still have friends from there till this very day.
Still go out occassionally to the End behind Centrepoint when Renegade Hardware is on or Trouble on Vinyl but my girlfriend reckons we are too old and that I canÂ’t handle it anymore - BRING IT ON I SAY!!!!!
Sold all my tunes and 1210Â’s and still regret it till this very day...
p.s. Sorry to end on a down note but when it comes to music and fishing tackle -Keep it.

I can't even handle the booze now, my recovery rates terrible.
My girl has tried to ban me from drinking Stella. I think the final straw was when I slashed on her life long makeup collection!!!!
