Ian, I've tried phoning the office (no reply) and tried emailing Sue (out of office autoreply) as I haven't yet received my Horton permit and key - Sue advised me she posted it on Tuesday (not in the post today or the last few days). Could it have got lost in the post ? I was hoping to pop up the lake tomorrow for a look - is there anyway a replacement permit & key could be issued or should I wait a bit longer ? Or perhaps some sort of covering note for tomorrow ?
