Ok, hope the answer to the first one isn't 'they type it in every time...'
A couple of questions:
How do you get a sign off message in different colours at the bottom of every post you do?
How do you type in different colours?
How do you set up a link so you just click on the typed address in the post?
Any help much appreciated,
Jedi.

Hi M8,
Nothing too difficult there:
1) Select 'Control Panel' from the main navigation in the Forum area; Under ' Main Configuration' select 'Edit' for the 'Personal information, email, password, etc'; in the Signature section enter your 'sign off message'; this can be marked up as per the instructions in the FAQ to give you the coloured letters/words.
2) & 3) The FAQ at <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/cgi-bin/forum/faq_english.pl>http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/cgi-bin/forum/faq_english.pl</A> details all the 'markup functions and how to use them, including coloured text, links and smilies.
Good luck m8 and have fun
Paul
1 - in your preferences u will have something called your *signature* - what ever u type in here will apear after each post
2 - like this [ blue] your text here [ /blue] - will look like this = <font color=blue> your text here</font color=blue>
3 - there are two waye of doing this:
a - like this [ url] www.hammersnews.com[ /url] = click here (http://www.hammersnews.com>http://www.hammersnews.com</A>
b)
take out all spaces for it to work....
Thanks guys, most appreciated.
Another usefull tip is too click on the markup when you type your post there is a dedicated help file there.
