picture on profile [Archive] - CEMEX ANGLING

how do i put a picture on my profile, i have seen the url section, but i dont have a url for it, it's just a saved doc on my hard drive ?????

the photo needs to have a 'presence' on a web page somewhere - to be hosted

eg my photo is hosted by PaulO at hooklinks.net, so in my profile the url is;

http://www.hooklinks.net/hooklinks/images/gallery/nerys26.8.jpg

so what do i do if it's not on the net somewhere ???

Hi Andy,

CarponlineEditor is usually kind enough to put members images on his space space. Maybe a polite PM may do the trick?

One this is done, you just need to put the URL of the image into your profile.

Got it in one!!!

I'm sure there are many who will help, but personally PaulO has been great hosting my stuff on his site hooklinks.net, and also Reesy also hosts some for me on UKcarp.net. I have a 'baby' gallery there!!!!

Paul is on this forum, although I've not spoken to him for a while, and I'm sure Reesy is too.

PM them maybe on either PaulO or Reesy

Incidently - if either paul or reesy are reading this - I have my Sandhurst pics ready to host now..... /images/forum/icons/wink.gif
