chat room problem

is there sometthing wrong with the chat room or is it me ???

Chat room is fine have you got the new password if not e.mail Sue at rmc and she will send it to you

i click on the chat room sign, it searches then is all i get is a white screen with the welcome to the chatroom bit at the top and the normal blue catagories down the left hand side . but in the white bit which should b blue & say user name and password there is a very very small triangle , square, & circle in the corner. can ne 1 help ???
