Anyone Fishing

Is anyone going fishing this weekend? If so where?
I would love to go this weekend, however a lot of lakes in Cambs. are flooded so I think i'll give it a miss, anyhow I'm off to London to see Eminem.

You fish Dicko's, Bovis. Is that the Dicko's at Milton park ?

Unfortunately so mate, However I am fishing a new water in Cambs. as from April 1st, you fish on Burnside don't you? A couple of mates of mine fish on there aswell.

Certainly do Bovis and it's getting better every year. Whats the fishing like on Dicko's these days, cos although i have a walk around there every now and then, i haven't actually fished it since 94/95 . Dare i ask who you know on Burnside :-) and what new lake are you on this year?

soz to but in hear-just out of interest who did you fish with on dickos back in 94,and did you bag anything,the lake these days is a pile of pants,stupidly hard for what in reality is a scraper 20s water.
Bove and i are moving onto a groovy syndicate with some absaloute lumps in it,

Dicko's Is as ****e as it has always been, slogging your guts out for 20's, or G Child's case a 12lb Common! my new lake cannot be announced on 'Air' as its a syndicate and I don't know how much I can say about it, although it has some beasts in it.

Do you remember when the council started tarting the place up and you could gain access to temporary swims up in the corner by the bridge over the ditch close to the swings? Well, back then, it was considered virgin territory and for a short period of time ( one season to be exact ) my-self, Bob E and Steve C give it a good going over for fish to 24lb, mostly very dark almost black mirrors. After that others cottoned on and that was the end of it for us.

Tell you what though..... wouldn't it make a cracking venue if swims were openend up and made accessible
