Disappearing thread....??

I posted a reply to a thread this morning on the sales/ swap section in reply to a chap after some 2-2.5lb tc rods,the thread and record of me making the post has gone..incidently the poster was from the Derbyshire area but I can`t remember his user name.

This has happened to me twice as well (not on the 'for sale' though I must add). I've raised this publicly, Ian Welch intervened but STILL no explanation/apology. I believe the RMC board has a rogue moderator - a vigilante that believes that if you say something that HE doesn't like that it's OK to delete the post!!! - you never know, maybe you'll never read this answer to your post!!!! /images/forum/icons/frown.gif

I have been moving posts to the holding board from the for/sale swap board for valid reasons and if you had a reply to said posts that would be moved as well... the reason for this is that a few people on the sale/swap board are not quite abiding to the rules, multiple user names, selling more tackle than a normal angler would sell. Rules are not there to be broken but to be obeyed.

By the way Diawa all posts removed are put onto a holding board for Admin (Mr. Welch) to view before being deleted. I personally did not remove any of your posts because if I did I would have PM'd you with an explanation why.

Some posts/threads have to be moved either becasue they are offensive or liablous.
