Spod & Marker Line

Honest opinion please chaps on the best line / braid for spodding & marker fishing? Breaking strains also, and types of shockleaders? Will be fishing up to about 150 yds.

if line then id use 10lb sensor with a 45lb Korda armokord shockleader.
If braid then Whiplash straight through, 35lb ish.

In my opinion you can't go worng with power-pro braid for both. Go for 30/40kg breaking strain straight through on both. Will also last for yonks.....
You can often pick up cheapish spools on ebay - if not speak to Sam on here....

I've been told that Shimano Cantana in 10lb with a 50lb Armacord leader is the business for spodding. Can anyone back this up?
