Glugs + Dips

Just wondering how many of you guys out there use glugs + Dips in the summer.?
This year i,ve tried them and had a blinding year.
Just wanted to know what you lot thought about using them all year round, as most people seem to only do this in the winter.

Ive used dipped baits throught the year on the small water back in norfolk with great success. i always carry the dip with bait in there soaking all the time.i normall fish them as single hook baits through.
I find that they out fish normall baits.
Keep using them thats all i can say, they've work for me wright through the year.

intresting,
i personly have not seen any great differances in using
glugs/dips
also its quite strange hearing and reading from people
who use dips/glugs and also have bait which is made up
with precise levels of flavours enhancers and various other
liquids/powders ,and then soak the final product
in a tub of the same
are we over doing it or does it all come out in the wash?
ive allways thought about this
can it put the carp off and ruin a perfictly good bait?
i wonder what you lot think

The soak that i use is made of amino acids, betanie the falvours of the boile but only in a small quanity, multimino,sweetners all these types of liquids,go into the dip pot.I am not that experenced with baits i still got loads to learn but the above has worked for me over the past ten years. i also in the summer have particles in the dip once there are basically prepared.

i found that dips work best on silty / weedy lakes , also late autum winter time , the best dips are nautral ones , glm liver betain fish oil alot better than a flavour , if i was eating chips and one smelt alot more of vinegar i wouldn't eat it , same with boilies if there all the same the fish can't tell the diffrence

I don't use them for the summer but in the winter they are blinding I use the Solar pot shots effective and cheap.
