Anyone use the above reels, thinking of getting a set but wanted some opinions before laying out the cash.... any ideas on a shop that might do a good price for 4

ive got a set there very light the line lay is very good the clutch takes about half aturn to go from free running to enough to hit a take and they cast a lot better than my old infinity baitrunners

Leslies have good deals on reels.

Lots of lads use Climax for good mail order deals and if stocks them Tonys Tackle love a deal as well.

I have a set and they are the smoothest reels I have used and as said before very light and the line lay is poetry in motion, I cant recommend them highly enough. As for deals you will struggle to find them less than £225-£230 each even for 4.

got 4 a few months ago pucker reels very well made

but not as good as the basias IMO

Saved hard and bought three, loved them and then the lovely mother in law bought me three more, didn't dare tell her I already had a set so sold one lot and while the deal was going through had the others stolen http://www.cemexangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gifnow useing entohs and they are not in the same legue build quality wise and while I wouldn't agree with previous post on the basias, they may have a slightly better drag systrem but dont think the build quality is as good, only time will tell.
