I know a few Chub lads who would do 8000 miles for a 6lb 7ozs, dont give up yet because it's getting warmer and that Barbel will come, if not you have always got those carp.

Uncle Albert had a 7lb 11oz last week from the Stour.Watersmeet on the end of the Parlour Pool did a 6lb 12oz last week Bob.When you going down there.I'm there friday carp fishing.

We are going down on the 12th Feb, this season I have got side tracked to Barbel, when I knew the Pike were having it at Dobbs Wier.
But after I you mentioned that Chub I will have to stick a barbel and a trotting rod in the bag.

Did not see any Bob but there again I wasn,t fishing for them but the river looked fantastic.Carrying a bit of extra water and colour.Barbel were coming out below the pipes.Ian should have come down.The Bailiff is not much help at the moment but would be if you were being made redundant at the end of the season.
No problem with the E numbers it was Mr Welch putting up a post saying I had blanked yesterday and watch out when I got home cos I would be in a bad mood.I just played along with it.It seemed that the other members of the web team all caught river carp yesterday and I blanked again in front of the cameras.1060 miles and counting.If you want I will give you the Bailiffs private mobile number so you can get some up to date info before you go down.He won't mind if you say your a mate of mine and I gave you the number because of the distance you are travelling.
