You would have to cover all angling from Bleak bashing to beach casting at night I think. That way you would cover a larger audience.

I used to like that program with gareth edwards in . I dont know what it was called but they used to go all over the place getting points for different species and size of fish etc. It was a right good all round program

I seem to remember these guys going round fishing all sorts of places like someones garden pond for carp and even London Zoo Aquarium for Piranha.

I think I agree that John Wilson is the best all rounder that I have seen on the TV. As to his silly giggle I have found that his humourous approach to the topics that he covers appeals to quite a few of us that dont even go fishing. He seems to make people enjoy the show without the viewer needing to go out and try it for themselves which I think is a good idea to promote the sport.

I really enjoyed his episode on the Wensum with the Barbel, I am an all rounder myself and John's brown trout was a beuty not to mention he Roach from the Wensum. The only problem with that show was that he did fish the top and sometimes inaccessable places, I would have liked to see what he did on the Thames at Richmond.
