View Full Version : Car park and north syndicate.
Ian,
Roughly how long is the waiting list for the car park/north syndicate?
Is there any plans for the north now sadly Bazil has passed on. ie... stocking etc...?
Dave.
Ian, I was up for a t6icket this year coming, will I still be able to get in, or are numbers likely to be reduced. Ideally I'd like to take up a place in a year, poss. two?
Is anyone still fishing the North?
There are a few people still on there and I say fair play to them. There's still a possible forty in there and Crinkle Tail who could do a good weight too.
Anyone who gets Crinkle or Scale on the shoulder thoroughly deserves it in my book, especially this time of year.

when was the last time scale on shoulder was out?
If memory serves me right, I think it was not out at all this year. There is the possibilty that it didn't come out last year either but for goodness sake don't quote me on that one!
Last one to catch it was Rik Harrison at 39.10 last September!!! Mental fish, don't think its normal, very hard to find as well!!
Cheers Si,
yeah, I remember now.

funny is that!
Check the previous message, it says "There is the possibilty that it didn't come out last year either but for goodness sake don't quote me on that one". Perhaps if I'd said it as a definite you would have just cause to take the p!ss.
Has anyone seen it lately??? How big could it be by now???
low 40's??
What about crinkle tail???

Crinkle Tail was last out at 36lb 6oz to Mark Rosewell on 18th August. I would think that fish is close to 38lb at the moment but she does fluctuate a lot so who knows? With regards Scale on the Shoulder, i didn't see her for definate at all this year but i know Big Si watched the male commons virtually pushing her out of the water on the weekend before the draw and he estimated her then to be low forties. The trouble is when the weed came up to the horrendous levels that it did, finding fish was hard, but identifying individual fish became even harder, even one as big as her! You could count the POSSIBLE sightings of her once the season started on one hand! Your right Si, she was a mad fish!
Ok, Thanks Paul.
Hopefully she gets caught and then we will see.
James
