My parents are in Devon & when I go I manage to fit a day in at Creedy Lakes (Nr Tiverton North Devon)
Days only 530am start £6 for 3 rods I think, very shallow absolutely stuffed with doubles & twenties - when It's hot it looks like a 200 yard shoal of bream!
Sorry haven't got a number

Or try Salmonhutch, lovely place with not many people about and some cracking fish up to low 20's.

Hav a drive around for a day as well, my dad moved down there about 12 years ago and has found me some cracking places by knocking on Farmhouse doors.

Good Luck.
