The sculptre is titled Say hello to charlie palm and his 5 mates

Brian learned the hard way that when fishing at Horton , it was
not a good idea to cast over the East London boys lines....
Singys wading antics had really got him into trouble this time.

There was no longer any confusion over Quicksilver & Quicksand at Horton...
They were always sticklers for the rules at Horton...and punishments were harsh....
Horton's new car park was proving somewhat cumbersome at first...
