Did anyone get out fishing over the weekend ? I had a load of work ot catch up on so didn't get to fish. It would be nice to hear what other had though...

A mate of mine had a few barbel from the kennet early last week, including a biggy - but he does have golden ones :-)

I haven't been out for a few weeks, and the weather doesn't seem to be settling for too long. As soon as it does, we get an even colder frost to upset things !

Hopefully I'll get a few hours in this week ! I may even give Burghfield a try again !!

I had a couple of hours on the Kennet this morning and had one barbel of 7lb 15oz...

It's still up quite a bit and carrying colour but perfect...
