You really would thinhk that they had learned by now!!!
However the BBC are running another poll about angling should be banned
The poll is here..<A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.bbc.co.uk/nature>http://www.bbc.co.uk/nature</A>
I would appreciate it if you good people would pop across and support the cause

Alan,
All done, 73% no angling should not be banned.
Is it up on the other 3 big sites?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention Alan.Get across there you lot and vote.
This really does annoy me...... a vote on if angling should be banned and not a vote on why angling should not... typical.... 74% for no at the moment
Now 76.8 % against. A letter to the BBC complaining about their 'anti' stance seems to be in order methinks!

I have already sent a stinging email to the site.
Just voted........it now stands at 76.3 for No Angling should not be banned and 23.7 for that it should.
76.8 Now

78.2% NO as at the time of this note. Can't those people find better things to do with their time ?
Closed at 78.2%! Good result me thinks!

I recieved an email from the nature site at the BBC saying they were sorry if the poll caused me offence. All I suggested was that the BBC should make programs representative of the passtimes of the licence paying public.Seeing as there are possible 3 million people who fish and buy a licence it's not much to ask considering some of the drivel they serve up with our money.
I sent them a mail and had a reply, they apologised to me if I was offended.

It would be interesting to know if your two e-mails differed in any way, or if they are just their standard draft letter they send out to people and just change the names.
