As you may have read here (http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/news/pages.phtml?CAT=1&ID=803), starting from last month we have a new competition prize to give away.
Arbitrator Rods
each month we have an Arbitrator Spod/Marker rod up for grabs for the next 5 months.
These rods, aptly named the Abritrator 'Precision', are hand-built by Tony Parker. After years of researching the market Tony came accross what he considered to be the perfect blank for his spod rod. Further research was made into looking for a Marker rod blank and after much effort the ideal tool for the job was staring him right in the face - his spod rod.
Titanium Oxide Rings
These rods come in a 12ft 4lb test curve version are complete with 5, 3-leg titanium oxide rings ranging from 40mm for the butt-ring and scaling down to a 12mm for the tip-ring. They have a pleasing through action and cast extremely accurate, hence the name.
The Arbitrator Reel Seating
They retail at £110.00 (inc. P&P), but we have 1 to give away each month for the next 6 months.
To be in with the chance of winning one of these rods all you need to do is pen a short article for the RMC Angling website and email it to: webmaster@rmcangling.co.uk ('webmaster@rmcangling.co.uk') with accompanying photographs.
Articles should be no less than 1000 words and do not have to relate to an RMC Angling venue.
For those of you who cannot wait, Tony has been good enough to offer RMC Angling website members and visitors a one-time and exclusive deal of only £100 (inc P&P) per rod. Personalised versions are available and anyone interested should contact Tony Parker on 07711 318 527 or email: tea.pea@tiscali.co.uk ('tea.pea@tiscali.co.uk'). Make sure you you mention the RMC Angling Website to receive your discount.
June Winner
The winner of last months competition is Dave 'Dolly' Hart for his article, In Search Of The Frimley Beasts (http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/diary/pages.phtml?CAT=2&ID=795).
Well done Dave, please contact the RMC Angling office to arrange delivery of your rod.
