View Full Version : Bloody Frozen
Apparantly theres low pressure arriving by Friday so it should get cloudy and hopefully warm up abit, so this weekend or next could be a good time to get the rods back out!.
Happy ice breaking!
Dave.
Why don't you give the rivers a bash, I am sure Neil will be be able to put you on the right track. Saves breaking the ice then.
There is a saying from old " When the wind is from the west the fish bite best" & "When the wind is from the East the fish bite least" This is mainly for sea angling but also is for coarse angling during the winter months.

Whats your nearest river. If you don't fancy fishing the river for carp then have a go for the chub.Thats what I did and I've had a brilliant past four weeks and have even ended up doing the nights for them.
Neil I live quite near the lea , I live in Barnet, whats the nearest stretch of river where I stand a chance of a carp or 2 and maybe even a big chub?
Please don't tell everyone.........lol
