In light of all the recent puclicity surrounding the latest PETA campaign, I have a few ideas that we could maybe run on the sight.
The first of which would be a useful addresses list. This could contain e-mail and regular addresses for local MP's, the Sports Minister, the Department of the Enviroment (or whatever they call themselves these days). Also newspaper editors, both national and local. These can then be used by the members to bombard the media etc, when we are being attacked. The section should also include tips on how best to put across the views. These contacts could also be used when we do positive things, such as the campaign of Stoney's. It wouldn't necessarily have to be part of the forum, but could go somewhere else on the site.

Rather than us just talking about it, lets do something!

Your thoughts Ian.

This link certainly provides some of the information you mention:

<A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.fishingmagic.com/news/article.asp?SP=I&v=&UAN=1008&from=/news/searchResult.asp?>http://www.fishingmagic.com/news/article.asp?SP=I&v=&UAN=1008&from=/news/searchResult.asp?</A>

Not wanting to re-invent the wheel. Maybe we could have links to these sites added to the home page and build around them??

Continuing on the idea of giving people ideas of how to approach these people, many "petition type" organisations use a basic letter outline which people can either print off and post to the neccesary people or email it to them.
