View Full Version : Pads Visit.
I will be fishing Pads Lake for the first time in June and having trawled through various threads on this forum I have been able to get quite a bit of information regarding bait, tactics and swims etc. I was wondering if there was a map of Pads Lake including topography available anywhere as this would obviously be a huge help to someone who has never fished the lake before.
Regards,
Simon.

there is a map in Terry Hearns 'In persuit of the Largest'
wasnt rmc gonna map all the lakes and sell them on ?
It would be good if they had, I could have saved £21.95 that I have just paid for Terry's book !
Never mind, I'm sure it will be a good read.

Hi Everyone,
Got my first PADS visit on Monday .Just realised that my mate whom I'm going with is going in his transit .DOH!!!!! .Does anyone know where I can get the key for the barrier from ?.I rang the office and left a message (didn;t expect anyone to be there on a weekend) .Can I get it from an onsite baliff or do I have to get ti from the ofifce? .
Thanks

Hi mate,
No permanent onsite bailiff - the head bailiff is a guy called Ray. to get the key you'll have to go to yateley angling (about 2-3 mins from the Pads) and they'll give you a high bar key - you'll need to leave a £20 fully refundable deposit. Good luck on the Pads - ASAP's fished with pva bags of pellet should do the business http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif
