In waltham Abbey (just down the road from fishers green) there are loads. I think it holds the record of the most pubs in the shortest distance. Though i'd been in a 'couple' when this was passed onto me. Most of them also do top nosh.
Thats a thought - I'll try to see if any of the pubs are B&B. That will be nice won't it.

You must be joking Neil - I don't have enough fat on me to night fish at this time of year, which is why I drink so much - I'm trying to get fatter /images/forum/icons/smile.gif

Yep - I'll still be there on Sat. I might pop into see someone in Wanstead on the way through, so will give it a go Friday pm if I get there in time... I'll then stay in a nice warm B&B which, if I can find one, sells beer !

Thanks for that Tony, but I can't find anything there for under £120.00 per night (and that's for a single room !!).

OK Neil - might see you Friday then. Are you bivvying-up for the night ?

I know someone that lives in Waltham Abbey ( just round the corner) and they think that one of the pubs does b+b, they are going to phone them for me and let me know. When i know something I wil post it on here and let you know.
