A Junior Permit Holder above the age of fourteen years is allowed unaccompanied on the property of the Company covered by his permit during the hours of daylight only provided that the terms of these rules (and in particular Rule 13) have first been brought to his attention by a parent or guardian. Junior Permit Holders are not allowed on Company property during the hours of darkness unless accompanied by a permit holder who is over eighteen years of age and who will be responsible for his safety and behaviour. Accompanied means that the Junior Permit Holder is in the same or adjoining swim to the Adult responsible for him.
