Is this certain angler the owner of a bait company? And did this water contain a 55lb leather out recently?
If so then I hope he doesnt catch it but if he does and he probably will eventually or hell import more carp like that untill it has 20 50s in it.
At the end of the day Im sure his claim for a record will be denied and maybe that will be good in a way because it will let everyone know what an idiot he is.
I was watching one of his (if its the same bloke) videos when he caught a brace of forties and he was banging on about how one was his pb English carp it was quite funny

You don't understand the point guys, if he is a bait owner it won't matter if it does not take the british record, he has his free advertising and will make a mint on those "follow the sheep" carp anglers who will go out and buy the bait.... It has happened before and will happen again.
