Unfortunately it seems that a gentle reminder is needed about leaving litter on sandhurst. There has been a few occasions recently where litter has been found in swims but an incident on sunday highlighted the problem once again. As I did my bailiff round on sunday morning there was a guy in the car park preparing to leave. We exchanged greetings and I went on my way. When I got round to the swim he had just left however I was greeted by not a little bit of rubbish but a crate of stella piled high with the empty cans and bits of other rubbish plus a carrier bag with more rubbish, all neatly stacked at the back of the swim...how thoughtful of him I thought to myself before running back to the car park to see his car disappear down the road....
Litter will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances. The angler concerned has had his name passed to YAC and the intention will be to pass it to the office also to ensure he does not get a ticket to the venue again.
TAKE YOUR LITTER HOME OR GET A BAN. It's as simple as that.
A full catch report will be up on the site tomorrow - but for those of you unsure whether or not to fish there this weekend - don't think, just buy the ticket and go - they are almost crawling up the banks...... http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif
