Blue pool

Hi, I'm hoping to fish the Blue Pool sometime this week (even tho it's going to be bloody hot!) Can anyone tell me what the going bait is at the minute? Or will any food source type bait (NRG/Trigga) catch?

I would say it's a hungry water, but in these weather conditions they will probably be a bit slow. Mixers are a must, and take a few naturals too, maggots casters etc, always good for winking a bite when the fish aren't really up for it. Keep them spraying in.

Thanks singy. I hadn't though about taking the naturals, so I might grab a couple pints of wrigglers when I get my ticket.
I always take mixers anyway as I usually end up surface fishing!
