Do yourselves a favour and don't apply too much bait, limit yourselves to 2 rods only and fish slack lines. This should make for a happier time with screaming buzzers.
very small pva bags do the trick
How long is this method gonna work, edge your bets m8,bait up a area away from your swim and keep a good eye on it,then fish like onetoner says,if they want it,let them av it! http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif
With that many anglers on there then it might be wise to keep the baiting to *just bites* amounts, however this by far isn't the rule. Ask Colin Davidson how much bait he put in the other month when he and Jim had their massive hit!!

THe exception rather than the rule......2 anglers on the lake on that occassion.......onetoners advice is good for the majority when there will be at least 4 or 5 blokes spreading the cost out.....
Horses for courses.....(like normal) Cash - if the weather is PRIME then a good bit of bait in an area might help - otherwise remember the saying - you cant take it out if you put too much in!!!!.....

didn't have much time to post my comments hence why it was short and sweet, the advice was for the general pad lake situation where 6 or more anglers are on. You see it week in week out 6-10 anglers on fishing 3 rods each with bow string tight lines, with this situation bites could be far more prolific if my first post advice was followed (to a point). Obviously with any style of angling different situations require different methods, that stands to reason.

Like I said Lew, with that many anglers on there fish for bites!
But don't be blinkered in your approach.

2 rods only and definately slack lines!
6 - 10 anglers is not good for the Pads, I can say that from experience http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif http://www.rmcangling.co.uk/forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
never fished pads but sure enough every week there are piles and piles of anglers settin up along the bank nearest to car park lake and the bank nearest to south lake and the pressure from these anglers is intense. setting ur self up in the deep bay at the back near the split and ditches wit back leads and small offerings of pellet and crushed boilies is gonna be a winner??
just a thought
