Nursery Lake, Yately

I am planning a visit to the Nursery lake at yately in the spring, what is the tench & bream fishing like in there, would I be better off in any of the other lakes?

For the bream you need to fish a swim called the "Crossroads", fish small boilies / worms over pellet and crumb, and prepare for sleepless nights, and very busy daylight sessions. The tench will come along, but the bream far outnumber them.
