pete bond had a 20+ common 3 weeks ago , hes also just bagged scar at 35.08 , down in weight but she looked lovly espeacily laying on a union jack , garry h was the first to have 4 30+ and what a top bit of angling well done mate , tom cartmel missed that by ounces with the fat common at 29.14 being the first to have 3 30+ , the 30+ list could grow to 8 with the fat common , the big original common , the sister and the awsome slate grey the last 3 didn't like the 90's lets hope they like the 00's

ian, when you say the 'fat common', are you referring to what was also referred to as the 'rugby ball' common?

that is why i have put my name down at ythe tender age of seventeen, so by the time i have a car big enough to fit my fishing stuff in i might have a ticket.

its worth the wait lads , the fish are superb those that come out the ones that don't are even better , the lake is steeped in history with the likes of richi mc'donald , rod huchinson , john holt , having fished there, there is also a very good spirit amung the syndicate and is a lovly place well worth the wait
