Providing you catch the M25 at the right time you could get to either Kingsmead and Frimley in an hour.

Probably Kingsmead but if the traffic is bad then Frimley by going down the A3 and then along the hogs back.

I know it's not a group water but Sutton 3 has a few nice carp in it and as you live near there could put the time in to be sucessful. Well it use to anyway a few years ago, maybe Ian can tell you more.
