just to let all kingsmead anglers know that we are working this weekend the 28th and 29th. we will be building a path and raising the flooded swim in the dark corner by the bridge.
signs will be posted this week in the area to let everyone know it will be out of bounds. i apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused for anyone wishing to bivvy up next weekend in the puddle that is the dark corner.
please bear with us as the swim needs re-building to prevent it being closed all year due to the fluctuating water levels.
any spare hands will not go amiss!
on a less happy note, there has been a return to anglers putting rubbish in the brazier by the car park at the cat pool end. numbers are being taken and correlated with car registrations. any anglers found leaving rubbish in the car park or on the bank WILL LOSE THEIR TICKET!
