Anywhere along there that's public access is free, put in the effort in locating them and you will be rewarded...eventually. I wouldn't pay to fish when I have the best venue on my doorstep for free.

its free from the sea all the way up to just before the bells of ouzeley pub at windsor. it then starts on club stretches from there
