When and where is it? I could get the trainers out of the bin, persuade the boys to partake and tell Julie she's got to do it if she want's the ring on her finger!!!!!!!
I am just chuffed that you can even consider it Al........really glad the physio is helping, you looked much more comfortable today than I've seen you in a long time and what could be better to celebrate than as a proud grandfather and father walking round Regent's Park in the sunshine for charity......you are a star in every way mate x x put me down for £5 per km that you complete.......and keep up with the training!

Alan i wish you well. Did the newbury 10k today and with this weather it was murder
Dean, Not had anytime to train, due to my health and organising the "Yateley Bash"
Take your time and enjoy it mate
Today i watched my Daughter Jennie and her mate Emma take part in their very first charity run. It was the Cancer Reasearch UK 5k run for life at Crystal Palace. I was so proud of her.
But the thing that affected me most, was the notices on the backs of all the runners vests, saying why they were taking part, i had to stop reading them as i was welling up (thank god for sunglasses) and found it was much nicer looking at all the runners fronts, of course reading their numbers ;)
So next sunday for me will be quite an emotional journey :notworthy:
I think Dean has summed it up Boney my old mukka, take your time and take it all in, enjoy it, and get lots of photos.
Well done to Jennie and Emma by the way!
Oh and you are a dirty old perv! ;-)
